Denise Richards’ hard-earned fortune has come under threat due to her estranged husband Aaron Phypers’ ongoing legal battle over a six-figure debt, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

While Richards, 54, and Phypers, 53, are locked in divorce court proceedings, a debt collector has filed legal documents seeking permission to go after the Bravo star’s income—from her OnlyFans page and *The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills*—to settle Phypers’ outstanding debt.

### Debt Collector Files to Target Richards’ Income

Court documents show that on September 25, the Creditors Adjustment Bureau requested the court’s permission to pursue Richards’ earnings in order to recover Phypers’ $228,000 debt.

The debt collection agency argued that because the couple is still legally married, Richards’ salary should be subject to claims to clear Phypers’ financial obligations.

To support their case, the company listed Richards’ recent projects and sources of income. These include revenue from her OnlyFans account, Amazon, Fox Broadcast’s *Special Forces* Season 3, and NBCUniversal shows including *RHOBH* and its spin-off.

### Phypers’ Legal and Financial Troubles

This latest filing follows a July 2024 court order requiring Phypers to pay his debts after a prolonged legal dispute. The Creditors Adjustment Bureau initially sued Phypers and his company, Quantum Epigenetics Consulting, in July 2022 over a $190,000 business loan which Phypers allegedly defaulted on.

Phypers claimed that the pandemic severely impacted his finances and requested more time to catch up on payments. Both parties eventually reached a settlement allowing Phypers to pay the balance between 2023 and 2025.

However, the debt collector claims Phypers defaulted after paying only $40,000 towards the loan. According to their lawsuit, his last payment was made in February 2024, leaving a remaining balance of $228,000.

In addition to this debt, Phypers and his company are facing a separate fraud lawsuit filed by the widow of a former cancer patient.

### Marriage Breakdown and Divorce Proceedings

Phypers and Richards’ relationship quickly deteriorated after six years of marriage. The wellness company owner filed for divorce on July 7, 2025. In his filing, Phypers stated the couple separated on July 4 and demanded spousal support, claiming he had no income.

Phypers alleged that Richards earns a substantial income—reportedly $250,000 per month—from her various projects, while he currently makes nothing.

He stated in court:
“I had to close down my business last year and have made (no) income since.”

Phypers’ filing included a breakdown of his alleged monthly expenses, listing:

– $18,000 on rent
– $7,000 on child care
– $10,000 on groceries
– $15,000 on dining out
– $8,000 on utilities
– $5,000 on laundry services
– $20,000 on clothing

### Ongoing Divorce Drama

As previously reported by RadarOnline.com, the couple’s divorce escalated when Richards filed for a temporary restraining order just days after Phypers filed for divorce.

Richards accused Phypers of being violent toward her during their marriage and submitted photos showing injuries she claims were inflicted by him.

With both legal and personal battles unfolding, the future financial and personal dynamics of Richards and Phypers remain uncertain.
