**Family Frustrations and Medical Complications**
Ozzy’s son, Jack Osbourne, openly expressed his frustration over the impact of the surgery. He revealed that the surgeon “stripped him of his abilities to move,” adding, “It makes me so angry because I felt like all of this could’ve been avoided. The Parkinson’s is progressing, but the main problem is the nerve damage from the bad neck surgery.”
Close friend Billy Morrison also shared how difficult it was to watch the rock legend suffer after his touring days came to an end, highlighting the emotional toll on those closest to him.
**A Gradual Decline in Health**
Two years after undergoing neck surgery in 2019, Ozzy noticed a steady decline in his condition. His wife Sharon Osbourne disclosed in the documentary that the surgeon had “caused even more damage” by installing unnecessary metal plates. Sharon recounted, “Some days, he wishes he was dead. He’s in so much pain, he can’t take it. He just wishes he could go.”

Despite immense physical and emotional suffering, Ozzy Osbourne remained determined to perform. In candid moments captured in the documentary, he apologized to Sharon for being “a burden.” He stated, “I am determined to get back on stage even if I have to be nailed to a board and wheeled on. Survival is my legacy.”
