**IDF Strikes Hamas Terrorist Cell in Gaza City Building Before Ceasefire; At Least Four Killed**
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) carried out a strike targeting a Hamas terrorist cell located in a building in Gaza City shortly before the ceasefire took effect. According to the Palestinian state media outlet WAFA, four civilians were killed in the strike, and an additional 40 individuals have been reported missing.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces are reported to be withdrawing from the outskirts of Gaza to reorganize along the yellow line in preparation for the ceasefire.
