Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM) is among several tech companies that have been buoyed by the AI boom in recent years. This positive trend continued in the company’s Q3 2025 earnings report, which confirmed that TSMC beat expectations for the quarter.

Taiwan Semiconductor published its Q3 2025 earnings report today, revealing revenue of 989.92 billion New Taiwan dollars for the quarter. This surpassed the anticipated NT$977.46 billion. The company’s quarterly revenue translates to approximately $33.10 billion USD.

“Recent developments in the AI market continue to be very positive,” TSMC CEO C. C. Wei said during the earnings call. He noted that the increasing adoption of AI models by consumers has driven higher demand for compute power, which in turn boosts the need for semiconductor products.

“Thus, our conviction in the AI megatrend is strengthening,” Wei added, highlighting the company’s optimistic outlook on AI-driven growth going forward.
