However, Bollywood Hungama exclusively spoke to Paresh Rawal, who clarified the rumors. When asked whether he had signed on for a role in the thriller, he responded, “No, I have not. There’s no truth to these reports at all.”
**Did Paresh Rawal Receive an Offer for Drishyam 3?**
Paresh Rawal revealed that while the makers did approach him for a role, he ultimately declined. “Yes, the makers did approach me. But I didn’t feel that the role was suitable for me. Maza nahin aaya (I didn’t enjoy it) on reading about my part,” he explained.
He went on to praise the script, saying, “But the script is very good. I was really impressed. Even in a compelling script, you need a role that excites you. Warna maza nahin aayega (otherwise, it won’t be enjoyable).”
**About His Latest Release, Thamma**
The conversation then shifted to his most recent release, *Thamma*. Paresh Rawal’s portrayal of a father suspicious that his son has developed “punching machine-type teeth” has been well-received by audiences and critics alike. Smiling, he said, “Yes, I heard it is doing well.” He also mentioned, “I am in Ahmedabad,” suggesting that perhaps he hasn’t had the chance to watch the film yet.
