When the December 2025 edition of *Saturday Night’s Main Event* takes place in Washington, D.C., featuring John Cena’s last WWE match, one of the many attendees could be President Donald Trump.
According to former WWE Superstar and current Fox News personality Tyrus, he is “one thousand percent” certain that President Trump will attend the event, despite the fact that Trump is scheduled to attend the Army-Navy game earlier that same day in Baltimore, Maryland.
“If he says he’s going, he’s going,” Tyrus told TMZ’s *Inside the Ring*. When the interviewer pointed out that the event will be held in Washington, D.C., Tyrus responded, “And that’s not by mistake.” He even joked that Trump “might even be [involved] in the finish” of the match. While unlikely, it’s worth noting that Trump has stepped foot in a WWE ring before.
“I definitely think that if the president says he’s gonna be there, he’s gonna be there, because he loves it,” Tyrus concluded. “He loves it.”
### Will Donald Trump Be at John Cena’s Last WWE Match?
If Tyrus is to be believed, Trump will be in attendance at Cena’s last match on *Saturday Night’s Main Event* on December 13, 2025. However, previous reports have left his status somewhat uncertain.
The *Wrestling Observer Newsletter*’s Dave Meltzer reported that WWE expects “leading political figures to be invited and attend” the show, but Trump’s status was still unclear. Trump will be at the Army-Navy game at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore earlier that day. Fortunately, Baltimore is not far from Washington, D.C., making it feasible for him to attend both events.
The game starts at 3 p.m. EST, while *Saturday Night’s Main Event* is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. EST, allowing enough time for Trump to travel between the two locations.
“Right now the belief is there will be a ton of people from the White House at the show, but Trump is undecided at the moment,” Meltzer reported. “But a lot of major people have already told WWE they are coming.”
Fans likely won’t know for sure if Trump attends until the event takes place on December 13, 2025.
