### EXCLUSIVE: In a RARE development, CBFC passes De De Pyaar De 2 with ZERO cuts
Bollywood Hungama has learned that the upcoming Ajay Devgn, R. Madhavan, and Rakul Preet Singh starrer has not received a single visual or audio cut. The film has been passed as-is by the Examining Committee of the CBFC.
The film has been awarded a U/A 13+ certificate, and the certification process was completed on November 6. According to the censor certificate, the film’s length is 147 minutes and 10 seconds — that is, 2 hours, 27 minutes, and 10 seconds. **De De Pyaar De 2** is set to release in cinemas on November 14.
### Past Experience with CBFC
**De De Pyaar De 2** is the sequel to the Ajay Devgn, Tabu, and Rakul Preet Singh starrer **De De Pyaar De** (2019), which underwent several cuts by the CBFC.
Back then, Bollywood Hungama was the first to break the news about its certification process. Notably, the CBFC deleted visuals of Rakul Preet Singh holding an alcohol bottle and replaced them with the actress holding flowers! Additionally, two dialogues containing double entendres were asked to be modified.
### Second Zero-Cut Film of the Month
**De De Pyaar De 2** is the second November release to be passed uncut by the CBFC, the first being **Haq**, starring Emraan Hashmi and Yami Gautam.
**Haq** is based on the Shah Bano case, a highly controversial and sensitive topic, and such films often receive numerous cuts from the CBFC. However, like **De De Pyaar De 2**, it also received a U/A 13+ certificate with no cuts.
The length of **Haq** is 136 minutes (2 hours and 16 minutes). The makers received its censor certificate on October 28, and the film was released in cinemas on November 7.
