Greenwood Gearhart, a Fayetteville wealth management firm, announced that Constellation Wealth Capital of Chicago has joined the company as a minority investor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Greenwood Gearhart has about $2 billion in assets under management, while Constellation Wealth Capital is an asset manager that provides advice and capital to independent investment funds.
