Former NFL star Matt Kalil is not happy about recent comments made by his ex-wife, Haley Kalil. The TikTok influencer publicly discussed his penis size on social media, sparking controversy. According to legal documents obtained by Us Weekly, Matt says the “invasive commentary” has drawn “unwanted attention.”
During a November 2025 livestream, Haley claimed that Matt’s penis size was the “biggest factor” in their breakup. Despite Matt’s objections, Haley is standing by her remarks and does not find them offensive or harmful. Responding to the lawsuit, she told Us Weekly, “I am genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt upon receiving the news of this filing. Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal.”
This lawsuit appears to mark the end of their previously amicable relationship, as the couple once spoke highly of each other in public. Matt and Haley married in 2015 after a brief three-month engagement but eventually divorced in 2022. Since then, Matt has remarried model Keilani Asmus, with whom he shares a son.
Haley explained that Matt’s manhood contributed to her decision to file for divorce. “I was going to try it all — therapists, doctors [and] looked up lipo-type stuff, you know what I mean?” she said during the livestream. “It was, like, he’s .01 percent of the population. We tried everything and it was impossible unless you’re going to be in tears,” she added, hinting that their intimate moments were painful.
In the lawsuit, Matt states that Haley’s comments “implied that the size of [Matt’s] genitalia was a primary factor in the parties’ divorce and claimed that sexual intercourse would leave her ‘in tears.’” He asserts that his family “has been forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements.” Additionally, Matt claims that Haley was able to “financially benefit from this surge in traffic.”
Matt Kalil is seeking damages exceeding $75,000 in the legal action.
