Karl-Anthony Towns attended a boxing fight Saturday night at Madison Square Garden.

However, just a few days later, he looked like he had been in one. Towns’ right eye was bloodied after being fouled by Spencer Jones at the end of the first quarter of the Knicks-Nuggets game Wednesday night, also held at Madison Square Garden. Their heads collided as Towns drove to the rim.

Despite the injury, Towns stayed in the game and made both free throws before being subbed out and heading to the locker room. He later returned to the court with 3:11 left in the second quarter, sporting a bandage above his eye.
