**If Pakistan Wants a Place in Geography: Army Chief’s Stern Warning**

Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi has issued a strong warning to Pakistan, declaring that India will no longer exercise restraint in retaliating against state-sponsored terrorism.
“This time we will not maintain the restraint that we had in Operation Sindoor 1.0. This time we will do something that will make Pakistan think whether it wants to retain its place in Geography or not. If Pakistan wants to retain its place in Geography, then it must stop state-sponsored terrorism,” General Dwivedi said.
### Call for Military Preparedness
Addressing soldiers at an event in Rajasthan, the Chief of Army Staff urged them to be ready for action. “If God wills, you’ll get an opportunity shortly. Best wishes,” he stated.
### Rising Tensions along the Border
This bold statement comes amid growing tensions following reports that the Pakistan Army has expanded its military infrastructure near the Sir Creek area.
Reacting to these developments, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh warned Pakistan against any misadventures in Sir Creek. “Such actions will lead to a decisive response from India,” he emphasized.
### India’s Vigilant Border Security
Defence Minister Singh highlighted the joint efforts of the Indian Army and Border Security Force (BSF) in safeguarding the borders vigilantly. He also pointed out India’s strategic military capabilities, stating that India could reach Karachi through the creek if necessary.
### Prime Minister’s Assurance on Military Response
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reiterated that India is fully prepared to respond decisively to any future terrorist attacks. Modi stated that India’s military actions have only been paused temporarily, signaling a readiness to act when required.
### Revisiting Operation Sindoor 1.0
Operation Sindoor 1.0 was launched in response to the Pahalgam terror attack that resulted in the death of 26 tourists. The operation targeted terrorist hideouts deep inside Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
India deliberately avoided civilian or non-military targets during the operation, demonstrating a strict zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism while preventing escalation into a full-scale war.
At the annual Air Force Day press conference, Chief Air Marshal Amar Preet Singh explained, “We took a call to terminate those hostilities because our own objectives were met.”
