In Match 16 of the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025 at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, Pakistan captain Fatima Sana delivered a stunning bowling performance to dismantle England’s batting lineup, picking up a four-wicket haul.

England were restricted to 133 for 9 in 31 overs in a rain-affected match. At the 25-over mark, England were struggling at 79 for 7 before rain interrupted play. The match was subsequently reduced to 31 overs per side, with Pakistan set a revised target of 113 runs.
