It’s financial report season, which means there is plenty of exciting information for us to dive into—especially news about upcoming projects from Lies of P publisher and co-developer Neowiz.
Neowiz has recently released its latest investor presentation, revealing five new games that the company is developing in-house. These upcoming titles include a sequel to Lies of P, a life simulation game, a survival game, a narrative RPG, and another soulslike.
The sequel to Lies of P was initially teased during one of the game’s endings, which featured allusions to *The Wizard of Oz*. It was officially revealed in November 2023, less than two months after the original game launched, much to the excitement of fans.
According to a report by EBN, Neowiz also confirmed in 2024 that it is working on a sci-fi survival-horror game. However, a company spokesperson mentioned that it is still too early to disclose details or progress regarding this project.
In addition to these, the investor presentation highlighted three previously unannounced projects, listed under “global IPs” and described as “ready for expansion.” All five games will be released on both PC and console platforms.
The first of these is a life simulation game, though Neowiz has shared almost no other details at this time.
Next on the list is a narrative RPG directed by Seungho Jin, who is best known as the director, game designer, and scenario writer for *Buried Stars*—one of the most acclaimed visual novels of the past five years. Given Jin’s storytelling expertise, expectations are high for this title.
Finally, there is a new soulslike game directed by Kay Lee, the creative director behind the online RPG *Vindictus*. While *Vindictus* didn’t achieve massive success in Western markets due to its microtransactions, it was extremely popular in Asia, especially in China and South Korea.
Though information about these upcoming games remains limited, it’s clear that Neowiz has an exciting lineup of projects in development that fans should keep an eye on.
