This will spawn three NPCs talking about downing a whole cup of tea without flinching, which is a reference to Giorno’s tea drinking scene from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind. 6) JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Dio trolling Polnareff You can find the last JoJo reference at another pedestrian crossing northwest of Sakura Quarter. Climb the stairs to find two NPCs talking about becoming allies and going up the stairs, which is a reference to Dio trolling Polnareff in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. 7) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles While not an anime, you can find a TMNT reference in Meishin Passageway, the event map in Wuthering Waves 2. 8.
